Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze Amazon sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Display Ads, to boost product visibility and sales.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Amazon orders and products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales potential.
- At least 2 years of direct experience managing Amazon PPC and Amazon Seller Central
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, procedures, and best practices
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising platforms, such as Sponsored Products and Display Ads
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Excel and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
