Design Amazon Listings That Sell — Creative, AI-Savvy, and Ready to Scale

If you can write listings that convert and design stunning visuals that stop the scroll, this is your stage. We're seeking an Amazon pro skilled in both listing optimization and graphic design for high-impact product content.

About the Company:

This is a part-time staffing role to start for one of our internal companies, a leading e-commerce consulting and management firm specializing in helping brands scale their operations. They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, they help brands streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace.

Location: Philippines - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Craft and optimize high-converting Amazon listings — titles, bullets, keywords, and variations.
  • Design compelling product visuals — main images, infographics, and A+ content that showcase products and drive clicks.
  • Use AI tools and Canva (or similar platforms) to create content and enhance design workflows.
  • Perform strategic keyword research and competitor analysis to elevate listing visibility.
  • Upload and manage listings in Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Continuously test and refine listings and images based on performance metrics.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Proven experience creating Amazon listings that rank and convert.
  • Strong Amazon graphic design skills — able to produce images and A+ content that meets Amazon specs and grabs attention.
  • Skilled with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms for high-quality visuals.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for copywriting and creative workflows.
  • Solid understanding of keyword research and listing SEO best practices.
  • Nice to have (not required): Experience creating listings for custom-printed products.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized when handling product data and images.
  • Available to work NY (EST) hours — ideally 9:00–5:00, with flexibility.
