Location: Philippines - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Own and manage Amazon United States as the primary marketplace
- Support and scale Amazon Global: NARF, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, and other international markets
- Maintain and optimize product catalogs across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify
- Use flat files to create, update, and troubleshoot listings with precision
- Monitor and resolve listing issues, suppressions, and compliance flags
- Open, track, and resolve Amazon support cases—stay on top of every detail
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive listing quality and marketplace growth
- Provide performance reports and insights to guide strategic decisions
- Deep experience with Amazon Seller Central, especially Amazon US and Global (NARF + international marketplaces)
- Expert-level skills with Amazon flat file templates and bulk uploads
- Strong knowledge of marketplace content compliance and catalog integrity
- Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center, eBay, and Shopify is a plus
- Proactive communicator with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling support cases and listing troubleshooting
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fully remote environment
- Working completely remote
