Location: Open to candidates based in the Philippines – Full-time, Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account support.
- Create and manage shipments from setup to successful delivery.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure listings display correctly and resolve catalog issues.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, fixing problems before they escalate.
- Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
- Handle refunds, replacements, and customer feedback disputes.
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
- Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions.
- Provide general account health and maintenance support.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, account health metrics, and catalog troubleshooting.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability—you own your work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
- Bonus: Familiarity with business/accounting principles or listing optimization basics.
