We are looking for a Product Support Engineer with a year or more of experience.
Job Description:
- As an Alternative Distribution Supervisor, you will be pivotal in rolling out the alternative distribution (ALDI) model for Salmon financing. This role is predominantly field based, focusing on acquiring and managing 30-50 small to medium-sized stores in various sectors across the Philippines. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing risks, providing training, and ensuring the smooth operation of the ALDI model.
Job Responsibilities:
- He / She will do store acquisition, need to onboard 30-50 or more partner stores.
- He / She will deliver sales performance to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective management.
- He / She will do risk management, monitor and manage risks in the financing processes at partner stores, can do training on risk mitigation strategies
- He / She will train and support partners, can conduct training sessions and provide support to partner store personnel.
- He / She can do regular store visits, Perform frequent visits to each partner store to oversee operations and address issues.
- He /She will do Marketing Material Management, audit and ensure the effectiveness of marketing materials in stores.
- He /She will do Monthly Performance Reviews, conduct monthly reviews with store managers/owners to evaluate performance, implement improvements.
- He / She will do market and competitor analysis, regularly analyze market trends and get and report competitor activities.
- He / She will do Performance Reporting, report on performance metrics to the Territory Sales Head.
