- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans, collaborate with supervisor, engineers, and managers to integrate fit-out, mechanical, and electrical requirements.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Prepare and coordinate the necessary materials for each project meeting, including presentation slides, reports, handouts, worksheets and polls.
- Design projects and implement sustainable strategies that support team motivation, meet management expectations, minimize costs, etc.
- Request, track and process purchase orders, generate project change order log, and perform quality control.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- With experience in Auto CAD.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
