Allocator

Job Objective

Maintains day-to-day support to the company in terms of ensuring that products are well allocated to the branches based on their requirement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Generates reports which will be used as basis for everyday delivery and pull-out.

• Prepares replenishment of stocks for everyday delivery.

• Prepares list of stocks to be pulled out from branches.

• Responds to inquiries of branches.

• Ensures sufficient stocks of products in all branches which can cover direct demand from customers.

• Prepares Sales Order for replacement/repair of customers’ items and other requests.

• Coordinates with internal and external parties to ensure company goals are reached.

• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Minimum Qualifications: Preferably graduate of Business Administration, Operations or Office Management courses
• Newly graduates are welcome to apply provided trainable
• With minimum experience as Product Allocator an advantage
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• A teamplayer
• Must be determined and strong-willed, patient and highly dependable
