As a Customer Service Representative for Airline at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to clients in the real estate industry. This full-time role is based in Bacolod City offering you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound and outbound calls from real estate clients, providing assistance with inquiries, complaints, and requests
Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on issues in a timely manner
Developing a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the company's services to provide informed and effective support
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour, representing the company's brand effectively
What We're Looking For
Atleast HS/SHS Graduate + Open for with 3 mos. BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
Familiarity with airline industry terminology and practices
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt
