Import - Agents Buy Permit
Import - Shipment Creation
Import - Agents Buy Permit
- Load buy permit into WFS
- Create shipment in the system from start to end
- Fill invoice preparation for billing
- Fill in shipment details in WFS
Import - Shipment Creation
- Retrieve shipment from SWORD in the system
- Ensure data in the system tallies with HAWB/Invoice
- Enter billing charges
- Enter details into WFS
- Trigger Printing of Documents
- Inform counterpart once done
- Retrieve shipment from SWORD in the system or shipment creation
- Ensure the system information tallies with HAWB/Invoice
- Inform counterpart once done
- Shipment creation and Track and Trace event update in the system
- Indicate required information on HAWB
- Print, Upload and Send documents for permit declaration
- Request for payment approval
- Preparation of Agent Clearance list
- Enter booking number into the system and check if shipper/consignee addresses and dimensions are correct
- Enter accounting, handling and additional information if required.
- Check if rates in the system tally with rates in Shipping Instruction and amend if necessary.
- Update milestones/events of each shipment based on available sources and ensure that SLA is respected.
- Manage relationship with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions.
- Train new members and conduct process refresher/alignment training.
- Monitors emails & request and distributed to the team members.
- Audits the work of the team and ensure that each work is processed timely and accurately.
- Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals (DTP)
- Prepare and present analyses of reports and review of documentations
- Conduct and/or participate in Performance Review meetings
- Handle escalations or operational issues using relevant data
- Train new members and conduct process refresher/alignment training.
- Drives process improvement initiatives through process standardization and best practice sharing
- Manage relationship with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions.
- Supports Leads for administrative functions, Reporting, Group Coordination, Improvement Initiatives, and Projects that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives.
- High Analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good planning skills and high focus on task execution
- High coordination skills and task/process oriented
- Makes clear and effective oral presentations to individuals and groups
- Provide effective communication with all organizational levels to keep lines of communication open to minimize conflict
- Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree in any Business Field
- Has Background in the Freight Forwarding Industry. Knows Air Operations is a plus.

- Understands Logistic and Freight Forwarding terms and is familiar with Shipping Documents.
