AI Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy AI Solutions Specialist to lead our efforts in exploring and integrating artificial intelligence into our development workflows and internal tools. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the evolving AI landscape and capable of bridging the gap between emerging technologies and practical applications in a software development environment.

Handling the system department of Native Camp, one of the largest online English language schools in Japan, FORTY DEGREES CELSIUS INC., is engaged in the business of Information Technology (IT) and IT-enabled services such as web development, web translation, handling, and managing of computer data, processing, storage, systems design and analysis, creative services, programming, data communication, and consultancy for foreign clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate trends in AI, particularly those relevant to software development, DevOps, and internal business tools.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into internal processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
• Prototype and deploy AI-based enhancements to existing tools and workflows (e.g., code assistants, task automation, smart documentation).
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and QA teams to align AI integrations with team needs and company goals.
• Stay informed on ethical and security implications of AI tools and ensure responsible adoption.
  
  

Prepare technical documentation and internal demos for AI-driven solutions.

• Evaluate vendors, APIs, and platforms related to generative AI, machine learning, and automation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern software development processes and tools.
• Keen interest in AI and rapid learning abilities in new technologies.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or another programming language is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, or cloud-based AI services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
