Your role

As a AI Software Engineer, You Will

AI Design & Development

• Design, build, and integrate scalable AI solutions with existing products.
• Set up and manage AI environments (development, staging, production).
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure smooth integration of AI models.
• Present and explain AI frameworks and results to relevant stakeholders.
  
  

Business Problem Solving

• Identify and analyze operational challenges across departments.
• Propose and implement AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Work independently to design proof-of-concept models and deploy production-ready AI tools.
  
  

Research & Continuous Learning

• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Research and test new tools to improve current AI frameworks.
• Share insights and recommendations to promote innovation across teams.
  
  

Process & Documentation

• Follow development standards and maintain AI-related documentation and repositories.
• Document models, processes, and implementation details for future reference.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and upskilling of peers in AI technologies.
  
  

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI model development and implementation.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks such as Keras, TensorFlow, or Theano (NLP experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical research papers in English.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with machine learning pipelines and model deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI).
• Experience integrating AI models into production environments.
• Knowledge of Python and related AI libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Strong interest in research and innovation within AI applications.
