Why does this role exist


We're seeking an exceptional AI Operations Strategy Specialist to drive strategic initiatives that improve workflows, optimize systems, and increase operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance, possesses a "plow" mentality for solving complex problems, and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

What You'll Do

Strategic Project Management (60%)

• Lead complex business process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation
• Develop and optimize operational workflows across multiple departments
• Drive AI improvement and automation projects, including quality control systems and specialized tools
• Coordinate new product development from concept to implementation
• Execute operations and product management initiatives with minimal supervision
  

AI Development & Implementation (20%)

• Create, test, and optimize complex AI prompts across various models (beyond basic ChatGPT)
• Develop AI-powered automation systems for internal teams
• Implement AI solutions for resume building, quality control, and other business functions
• Continually research and apply emerging AI capabilities to improve operations
  

Data Analysis & Reporting (20%)

• Create and manipulate complex pivot tables and data visualizations
• Generate comprehensive reports for senior stakeholders (including executive leadership)
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Present data-driven findings with confidence and clarity
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 1+ years of strategic project management experience in tech environments
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement and workflow optimization
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools beyond basic applications (complex prompting, multiple AI models)
• Strong data analysis skills, including pivot tables, report generation, and data visualization
• Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
