About the role
The AI & Digital Solutions Analyst helps business teams solve real operational challenges by uncovering needs, clarifying requirements, and designing practical solutions—prioritizing Generative AI (GenAI) where effective, but remaining tool-agnostic when needed. Embedded within business units and supported by local tech leads, the analyst explores both low-code AI tools and non-AI workflows (e.g. scripting, automation, etc.) to drive measurable productivity and workflow improvement.
Identify and Prioritize Business Needs
- Engage with business users to uncover manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes
- Document and clarify workflow challenges and productivity gaps
- Prioritize opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, and urgency
Design and Deliver Practical Solutions
- Build and test GenAI-based tools (e.g., copilots, chat prompts, AI-powered templates)
- When AI is not the right fit, create or coordinate non-AI solutions
- Leverage low-code/no-code platforms or collaborate with technical teams when needed
Promote AI Adoption Where Valuable
- Identify areas where GenAI can accelerate or improve existing workflows
- Craft structured prompts, templates, or AI-based guidance for teams
- Champion ethical, effective, and secure AI use in day-to-day work
Enable & Empower Business Users
- Coach team members on new AI or digital solutions; answer how-to questions
- Develop short guides, demos, and job aids for self-service usage
- Encourage experimentation and hands-on usage of approved tools
Improve & Iterate Continuously
- Collect feedback to improve tools and adjust solutions
- Monitor usage and impact of deployed automations or workflows
- Maintain a repository of shared tools, prompt libraries, and solutions
Coordinate with Tech and Risk
- Flag issues related to data privacy, tool misuse, or inconsistent standards
- Work with tech leads or support teams to ensure smooth rollouts and compliance
- Ensure adoption of IT governance process on new projects/products/integrations
Must haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Familiarity with AI and software development methodology
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ability to create technical solutions based on business requirements
- Strong communication skills to liaise between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
