Role

In this role, your mission is to lead digital transformation in Talent Acquisition by integrating AI and automation into recruitment processes. You will make a direct impact by:

• Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven automation solutions
• Designing and deploying no-code/low-code workflows to streamline recruitment
• Leading training and workshops to upskill Talent Acquisition on AI tools and process optimization
  
  
  

This Role Is for You If…

Experience & Skills

• Interest or experience in AI, process engineering, and software development
• Proficient with PHP, VueJS, Laravel, Node.js, Typescript, Javascript, Tailwind CSS
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates with IT/Software Development-related degrees
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• Experience or passion for delivering technical training and learning & development
