Agile Business Analyst

We're now looking for an Agile Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs, user experience, and technology. This role will be embedded within cross-functional squads, working closely with Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and Stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver digital products that solve real customer problems.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to define product vision, roadmap, and user-centric requirements to deliver features that enhance trading workflows and user experience.
• Translate business goals into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive and actively participate in Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments to drive improvements across products and services.
• Foster strong communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use data and user feedback to validate features and iterate on requirements.
• Advocate for both trader needs and business goals in every iteration.
• Support change management and rollout strategies for new features or processes.
• Identify and flag potential risks or blockers early and propose mitigation strategies.
• Stay on top of digital trends, emerging technologies, and Agile best practices.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 3–5+ years in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related role in Agile environments
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complexity into simple, actionable solutions
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar
• Comfortable with tools for wireframing and prototyping (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart)
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, CMS or backend systems, and financial data flows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge business, tech, and operations teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced Agile environment
