Job Description
- Visit and evaluate potential mall sites for new branch locations.
- Prepare and send formal letters of intent to mall administrators to express interest in leasing.
- Handle and settle required payments (e.g., security deposits, bonds, construction fees).
- Coordinate with internal departments (P&EL, Procurement, Accounting, etc.) for construction and launch preparations.
- Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and furnishings are prepared prior to branch opening.
- Comply with established procedures and mall regulations throughout the lease period.
- Oversee the planning and execution of branch opening events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively with mall administrators, contractors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of leasing processes, branch operations, or construction coordination is an advantage.
- Willing to do field work.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
