The Agency Coordinator shall ensure overall coordination between Home Credit and its External Agency Service Providers with due diligence.

About The Job

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize debt recovery for External Collection Agencies, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and lead the team of Agency Coordinators by providing performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with External Collection Agencies through regular communication, on-site visitations, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate overall collection performance of External Agencies, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize recovery rates.
  • Collaborate internally within the Collection Department and cross-functional teams, such as Legal and Compliance, to address issues that impact External Collection Agencies’ performance.
  • Support the internal committee in conducting periodic assessments of External Collection Agencies to ensure adherence to Collection Service Level Agreement (CSLA).
  • Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and service terms with External Collection Agencies to align with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex issues related to External Collection Agencies, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Identify potential agency candidates, facilitate, and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the Onboarding Committee.

What You Need To Have

  • At least two (2) years of related work experience in External Agency Collections and Secured Loans
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS, PowerPoint.
  • Must have good and effective communication skills in English and Tagalog
  • Proven experience in debt collection management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and drive team performance effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic solutions.
