Job Summary

  • Ensure high-quality and efficient digital onboarding for DEIG products (Pulz, Diskartech, and ATMGO Agency Banking and Retail Merchants) within established standards and timeframes. This includes monitoring service and product quality, enhancing user experience, implementing quality assurance programs, managing agent profiles and transaction monitoring, and overseeing daily operations of the agency banking support team to resolve issues effectively.

How will you contribute?

  • Leads and oversees a team of junior officers handling the onboarding process for digital products, vendor management including payment processing, settlement and collection of receivables from partners and general ledger accounts management.
  • Manages the onboarding process for digital products within DEIG by developing and implementing comprehensive digital onboarding strategies to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Oversees the MIS and quality assurance functions by monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital onboarding, such as completion rates, time to onboard, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manages relationships with vendors and partners by ensuring payments are settled within the allowed turnaround time and by executing collection efforts on commissions, convenience fees and other receivables.
  • Performs the duties of designated Deputy Compliance Officer (DCO) within DEIG.
  • Ensures that all items within his scope are compliant with the various policies and guidelines of the following internal and external stakeholders, but not limited to RCBC, BSP and AMLC.

What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field' Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital onboarding, project management, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a supervisor position.
  • With experience with Product review and analysis and customer service
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, eKYC tools, and technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful digital onboarding strategies.
