Position : Ads Manager

Work Hours : M - F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, PST/ 12:00am - 8:00am, PHT

Salary : 1000 - 1500 USD

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ads Manager to oversee the management of various advertising platforms, including Google Ads (PPC, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Execute display and YouTube advertising campaigns through Google Ads.
• Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance metrics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance and user behavior.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure top-tier performance.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta platforms.
• Proven experience with Google Ads (including Display and YouTube), Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience managing ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for different markets.
