At least 1 year of experience in processing BIR permits, 2303, and POS machine permits, Business permits including Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc.

Job Description

  • Responsible for checking and encoding of DTR.
  • Handles each employee's inquiries regarding DTR or timekeeping-related matters.
  • Monitor biometric violations of all employees during the Timekeeping period.
  • Process Direct employee's SSS contribution payment, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO documentation.
  • Handles direct employees' inquiries related to SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO inquiries.
  • Responsible for all employee Evaluation assessment distribution and monitoring.
  • Fill all accomplished evaluations in individual 201 files or turn them over to HR for promotions.
  • Handles permit processing of all branches and handles including the following:
  • BIR permits, 2303, and POS machine permits
  • Business permits including Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc

Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
