- Responsible for checking and encoding of DTR.
- Handles each employee's inquiries regarding DTR or Timekeeping related matters.
- Monitor biometric violation of all employees during the Timekeeping period.
- Process Direct employee's SSS contribution payment, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO
- Handles inquiry of direct employees related to SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO inquiries.
- Responsible for all employees Evaluation assessment distribution and monitoring.
- Filling all accomplished evaluations in individual 201 files or turn over to HR for promotions.
- Handles permit processing of all branches and handles including the following:
- BIR permits, 2303, and POS machine permits
- Business permits including: Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc.
- Has a lot of patience
- Must be trustworthy, honest, and hardworking
- Good in communication skills both written and verbal
- With experience in handling permits
- at least College or Vocational Graduate
- With Professional Driver's License
- Must know how to drive
