Opportunity Overview
As an Administrator, you play a crucial role in making sure that the system is updated to be able to invoice the customers in a timely manner.
- Ensuringaccurate and timely invoicing to customers.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks and settling transactions.
- Analyzing data upon request and resolving billing or invoice issues raised by internal teams or customers.
- Assisting with updates to the service price list using Excel and Word.
- Managing and updating service pricing in ERP systems and Salesforce, including issue resolution.
- Performing administrative tasks related to service product management.

- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Management Accounting, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with large data sets.
- A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn, self-motivated, and results driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong overall computer literacy.
