Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to help with our data quality initiatives. This role will assist in reviewing, cleaning, and maintaining accurate datasets, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments and contributing to the integrity of our data systems.

• Assist in reviewing large datasets to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and formatting issues.
• Help with data cleansing tasks such as deduplication, standardization, and validation.
• Help document data cleanup processes and maintain logs of changes made.
• Assist in preparing preliminary reports and summaries for review.
• Participate in data migration and integration projects.
• Follow established data quality standards and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the data entry tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
