Overview

Administrator, HR Systems

Are you someone who can learn tools, application and system faster than others?

Do you have good time management skills to resolve tickets/issues with tight deadlines?

Are you someone who is keen with details to monitor and create accesses and logins?

The Administrator, HR Systems will be assigned to set up better flow of creating, maintaining and monitoring all system tools such as IDM request, USCF/Agent Suite management, ProQor entries and various accesses to networks for Quantrics employees. The person will closely work with all department to have a smooth application request system.

Responsibilities

You will have an opportunity to…

  • Request IDM tiQet to IDM Management for new hires and update of system accesses for existing employees
  • Create/mirror, monitor, delete, demote, USCF/Agent Suite accesses
  • Monitor tiQet creation coming from different stakeholders
  • Maintain and create accurate reporting templates-(manual or system) for documentation and monitoring
  • Track all system issues and supply the best possible solution on a short possible time
  • Work closely with WFM, HR, Training and Operations to properly track agent and support accesses
  • Update documentation process of all system tools
  • Recommend process improvement that can be helpful to detect erroneous activity within the network or application system
  • Manage Tiqeting requests
  • Maintain regular touchpoint with the system implementation team to securely all network, applications are properly working
  • Maintain strong relationship with the Bell counterparts to validate and check with existing and new trends on the systems
  • Ensure to safekeep all information, data, accesses with strict confidentiality
  • Complete ad-hoc requests, as required

Qualifications

  • Advance knowledge of MS Office specially Excel
  • Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a very fast-paced and stressful environment
  • Outstanding written and in-person English communication
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals is essential
  • Over 1 year of administrative support experience is vital
  • Candidate must possess at least a High school Degree
  • Willing to work full-time, primarily daytime hours in a 24/7 operation (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required, depending on peak recruitment periods).
