We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy)
- Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team
- Monitor, organize, update and archive documents
- Processing and recording transactions.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, and filing paperwork.
- Perform other assigned tasks assigned by other departments
Job requirements:
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably business and/or office administrative related field.
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
- Strong math, typing, and computer skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Can communicate effectively and clearly with clients and management
