Job Summary

Responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves responding to queries via multiple communication channels and escalating issues as needed.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

At least 2 years relevant experience in the role.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)

Flexible and result oriented.

Good in communication and written skills.

Can multi-task and can work well independently or as part of a team

Willing to work on-site (Office Address: CWI Corporate Center, 1050 Quezon Ave. Quezon City).
