Your role

As an Administration & Rostering Officer, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for participant inquiries and manage the Lifestyle Support inbox
  • Assist in rostering supports for participants and managing shift replacements
  • Handle the management of participant and staff on-call phone lines (including out-of-hours support)
  • Be involved in the recruitment process and match worker skills to participant support needs
  • Monitor Workforce availability and maintain an understanding of the Lifestyle Support Workforce
  • Check workforce timesheets against services provided
  • Ensure accurate service delivery entries (e.g., cross-checking sessions in Lumary) and operational process checking
  • Maintain the accuracy and communication between systems
  • Follow up with the workforce on operational tasks like incomplete case notes or unrecorded kilometers.
  • Perform general administrative tasks (e.g., updating client records) and delegated rostering duties


What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

  • Ability to engage with people living with disability as a first point of contact for the Lifestyle Support team.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound practical knowledge of case management systems (such as easyemployer, Salesforce); time and attendance systems, and payroll systems.
  • Experience in the use of rostering systems or systems relating to scheduling, rostering and planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
