Position: Shipping and Order Management Clerk

Location: Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas

Work setup & shift: Day Shift / Once a month onsite

The primary purpose of this role is to support Supagas Branches, Customer Service and Corporate teams with all administrative duties with a special focus on keying orders

Role and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Safety Commitment: Uphold the Supagas Safety Vision and ensure a safe workplace for all.
  • Risk Management: Actively participate in safety risk assessments and report all incidents or hazards.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Engage in the Emergency Response Plan and facilitate site activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Supagas safety rules, including Permit To Work (PTW) requirements.

Communication And Safety

  • Customer Satisfaction: Promote the "Yes We Can" philosophy and a Safety-First approach.
  • Training: Ensure all personnel are trained in the Safety Management System.
  • Incident Reporting: Report and address any hazards or unsafe processes immediately.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Accurately process online and manual orders, including opening customer accounts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain timely and correct records, including customer notes and account details.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries professionally and liaise with management on unresolved issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work within a team to enhance productivity and service delivery.

Customer And Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Efficiency: Address customer requests promptly, collaborating with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Finance) to resolve issues.
