Position: Administration Assistant

- Client setup and filing
- Client maintenance
- Data entry in systems (WinBEAT, SUNRISE, SVU, OT)
- Handling renewals, referrals, endorsements, new business, cancellations, and premium funding
- New file setup and filing
- Note-taking and tracking processing status on the master renewal spreadsheet
- Monitoring workflow through the Office Tech Task System
- Adhering to regulatory compliance processes (privacy, data security, confidentiality)
- Engaging with brokers and providing administrative support
- Maintaining high service standards and respecting confidentiality
- Managing office administration duties
- Conducting meetings via brokers' preferred platforms
- Supporting branch banking processes (pre-renewal, refund invoicing)
- Collaborating with onshore broker assistants to meet service level agreements
- Embracing best practices in a fast-paced insurance brokerage environment
