Location: This is a full work onsite in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605.

As Admin Team Lead here with Insight, you will hold a position that is responsible for the overall smooth operation of the office facility ranging from employee/department administrative support, government clearances, event supervision, procurement and inventory control, record management, and workplace safety. Along the way, you will identify and drive continuous process improvement efforts.

- Payment Requests: Ensure timely preparation and submission of weekly payment requests (e.g., every Friday).
- Vendor Payment Processing: Manage end-to-end processing for Manila entity vendors (e.g., office supplies), including endorsement to accounting.
- Vendor Contract Management: Maintain and update vendor contracts annually; track and monitor contract terms and renewal timelines.
- Government & Permits Handling: Handle government-related processes, including annual PEZA permits and other regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with HR, Accounting, IT, and other key departments to ensure seamless administrative operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in office administration or related field, from four-year College or University.
- At least 5 years of experience of administrative support in a BPO setting and other related experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in local government and PEZA permit and clearance processes
- Strong accounting and analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Received 35+ industry and partner awards in the past year
