What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • At least 2 years experience in customer service or administrative support
  • High attention to details required for accuracy; responsible for identifying, pricing, and entering correct part numbers to be ordered
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills for internal and customer comms
  • Experience with CRMs similar to Aroflo


What will you do:

*Initial tasks will include creating and sending out quotes to customers

*Will transition to receiving inbound calls as they get more exposure to the role

  • Prepare and send service quotes to customers
  • Schedule and confirm repair appointments
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-service inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and internal teams to coordinate schedules
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries in a professional manner
