1. Reports directly to the Training Supervisor
2. Provide a customer oriented service to all Franchisees
3. Shows good conduct consistent with the company standards during work and within the company premises
4. To assists daily office needs and general administrative activities
5. Prepare reports as required by department head or superior
6. Maintain appropriate filing systems
7. In charge of answering emails, phone calls and other inquiries
8. Maintain Contact lists and Customer Information
9. Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
10. Process requisition form for office supplies and materials
11. Request and handle booking/travel arrangement as approved by department head
12. To document, coordinate and process all request or complaints
13. Ensures cleanliness and good housekeeping are observed in the area
14. Reports any deviation or untoward incidents to superior immediately
15. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
