Admin Property Associate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the property management team.
- Maintain and organize property files, lease agreements, and tenant records.
- Assist in preparing and processing lease documents, renewals, terminations, and rent adjustments.
- Support the onboarding of new tenants, including documentation and orientation.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors and track job progress.
- Follow up with contractors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of tenants, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist with property inspections and document findings.
- Prepare reports such as occupancy status, rent collections, maintenance logs, and budget tracking.
- Ensure timely communication with tenants regarding notices, announcements, or complaints.
- Process invoices and expense claims related to property operations.
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local property laws and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in property management or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
