- Associate or bachelors degree, ideally in Accounting or any related course
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting work
- Familiarity with government benefits and compliance processes is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
