As an Admin Officer at WILDCARGO LOGISTICS SERVICES in San Fernando, Pampanga, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our dynamic logistics organization. What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
• Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and record-keeping
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
• Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of the organization

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or auto care services
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Vehicles Parts, Tools, Repairs and Etc. is a plus but not required.
