Administrative Support
- Assist the Admin Team in day-to-day operations
- Manage and maintain facility-related documents, files, and records
- Prepare reports on facility conditions and maintenance activities
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs for plumbing,
- electrical systems, HVAC, and structural components
- Perform basic repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, repairing doors,
- or patching walls
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance or repairs
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and furniture
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff to ensure minimal disruption to
- operations
- Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility management
- Assist in company events, meetings, and conferences
- Manage logistics, including setup, catering, and equipment needs
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and facility-related equipment
- Request supplies as needed
- Track and report on facility-related expenditures
- Provide support for office moves and reconfigurations
- Assist in the development and implementation of facility-related projects
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Admin Supervisor or
- Admin Director
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar handyman role
- Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance
- Knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Good communication skills to liaise with employees, vendors, and management
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor setting
