Position: Admin Assistant, B2B Australian Telco

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Dayshift

Salary Package: PHP40,000 - PHP50,000

About The Role

We're looking for an Admin Assistant, to join our team! You'll be responsible for making sure potential customers (leads) from our marketing campaigns and website get to the right salesperson. You'll also check to make sure the leads are good quality and help us improve our lead generation process.

What You'll Do

  • Assign leads: Make sure leads go to the correct salesperson based on things like location and industry.
  • Check lead quality: Use our systems to make sure the information we have about the leads is correct.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: Preferably 2+ years in lead management, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Excel (Pivot)
  • Skills: Process Oriented, Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to perform routine tasks based on established work instruction.
