Key Responsibilities

- Provide general administrative and documentation support to the company.
- Organize and maintain all real estate files and records (Agreements, Certificates, CTS, DOAS, and other property documents).
- Monitor buyer transactions for Sugarland Estates Subdivision and other Cavite properties.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding buyer accounts, collections, and document updates.
- Assist with AMLC compliance requirements.
- Serve as Secretary to the President on all administrative matters.
