Admin and Inventory Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Admin and Inventory Assistant to join our team at Culinaire Academy in San Fernando Pampanga. This is a full-time position that will involve providing key administrative and inventory support to ensure the smooth running of our culinary school.

What you'll be doing

• Providing general administrative assistance, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organising meetings and events
• Maintaining and updating the school's inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Assisting with the preparation and organisation of course materials and resources
• Supporting the admissions process by helping to coordinate student applications and enrolment
• Liaising with students, instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
• Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in an administrative or inventory management role, ideally within an educational or culinary setting
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy in all tasks
• A passion for the culinary industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our school
