You will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Adaptive Insight, collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, and ensuring the applications meet the needs of the organization
Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and maintain applications using Adaptive Insight.
- Design and implement application features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure application functionality meets business needs.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in application development.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Adaptive Insight
- Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.
- Experience with Workday Core Integrations and Workday Core HCM is a plus.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
