Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Ad Content Creative to help craft compelling visuals and messaging for paid ads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for turning briefs into scroll-stopping creative—whether static, video, or motion-based—that converts.

This role is perfect for someone who understands the psychology of ads, stays current with trends, and can deliver high-performing creatives that align with both brand identity and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development

  • Design static and video ad creatives optimized for Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  • Collaborate on briefs and interpret performance data to iterate and improve creative concepts
  • Apply brand guidelines while keeping messaging fresh, compelling, and conversion-focused

Content Strategy & Messaging

  • Write or refine copy for ad headlines, CTAs, and in-frame messaging
  • Tailor content style based on platform, audience, and funnel stage
  • Work with performance marketers to test and optimize variations (hooks, visuals, copy)

Asset Management & Delivery

  • Organize and name files clearly for handoff to media buyers
  • Meet deadlines for weekly or campaign-based creative drops
  • Maintain quality and consistency across all creative assets

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience creating ad creatives for paid campaigns (static, video, UGC-style, or motion)
  • Strong understanding of digital ad formats, platform requirements, and creative trends
  • Proficiency with design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, Figma)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to take feedback constructively
  • A creative thinker with a performance-first mindset

Required: Portfolio Submission

Please include a link to your portfolio or samples of past ad creatives in your application. This should include examples of paid ads or social media content designed for conversions.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, or agency clients
  • Familiarity with ad testing frameworks (e.g., hook/headline testing, creative batch structure)
  • Ability to produce or direct UGC-style ad content

  • On-time delivery of creative assets
  • Content aligned with brand voice and ad goals
  • Engagement and conversion performance tracked and improved over time
  • Collaborative communication with team members (e.g., marketers, copywriters, editors)
