Accounts Support Associate (Iligan) (Open for Fresh Graduates)

JOB SUMMARY

Supports the achievement of the branch's business objectives through efficient administrative support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Process Management

• Meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) consistently and efficiently when providing assistance to Accounts Officer in every business transaction by coordinating with Shared Operations, monitoring of requests (e.g., issuance request, underwriting approval request), managing the branch's common emails, preparing requested reports, among others.
• Monitors the branch's common emails and checks all emails received within agreed cut-off are attended and referred to appropriate parties for further handling in accordance to SLAs.
• Verifies completeness of issuance requests (including completeness of costumer data) before endorsing requests to Shared Operations.
• Generates reports as requested by Branch Head.
• Organizes and safekeeps data according to standard records management process and guidelines.
• Assists Accounts Officer in cascading any developments (e.g., new product, product enhancements, new process, process enhancement) to costumers or partnerss

2. Collection Management

• Assists Accounts Officer in monitoring accounts receivables and other premium collection-related activities such as sending of reminders, monitoring of payment application, among others.
• Assists Accounts Officer in facilitating Customer Satisfaction surveys.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder
• Open to fresh graduate
• Proficient in Microsoft Tools (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
