Your Role
- Invoice customers in accordance with contract terms in high-volume environment with the highest attention to detail
- Maintain a complex contract-based billing system for several hundred customers
- Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to research discrepancies and address disputes.
- Assist the accounts payable team and staff accountants as needed.
- Special projects
- Possible balance sheet reconciliations
- High level familiarity with accounting principles. I want this role to eventually do more than AR.
- Well-rounded accounting professional who can assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in working with CRM and ERP systems.
