As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:
- Monitor accounts and incoming payments.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and collections.
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Experience in accounts receivable or a similar position
- Understanding of accounting and billing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
- Experience in customer service or collections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Australian AR experience is a plus
