General Duties
General Duties
- Coordination with AM/SDM and Sales Support teams for proper billing details
- Generating monthly and ad hoc invoices
- Answering and providing support for customer and account manager queries in regards to their outstanding invoices
- Regularly reconcile customer accounts to identify any discrepancies and ensure accurate balance reporting.
- Making sure that invoices are sent to customers and/or uploaded to customer portal in a timely manner.
- Reconciling the account receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly allocated.
- Ad hoc tasks to extend to other team members+
