About The Role
Assist our accounting department as it receives, processes, and collects on services rendered. Required to review account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected and applied.
Role Description
We are located on the 27th Floor SM Aura Office Tower, 26th Street corner McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City . Situated in the heart of the premier business district of Manila, a variety of malls, restaurants, cafes, and fast food joints are easily accessible and within walking distance from our office .

About The Role
Assist our accounting department as it receives, processes, and collects on services rendered. Required to review account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected and applied.
Role Description
- Actioning emails received in the AR inbox via Kustomer (these can come from both external and internal parties)
- Assisting the sales team with customer requests received via Salesforce (Deal Support tickets).
- Assisting the sales team with the Sales Order Workflow process in SalesForce.
- Following up on payment of overdue invoices.
- Identifying payments received and applying these payments to our accounting and billing systems.
- Ad Hoc project work that may be assigned from time to time to assist with process improvement.
- 2 to 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Strong math, typing, and computer skills.
