The Accounts Receivable Assistant assists in generating revenue for Nabati in the Philippines by ensuring that clients are properly billed for goods or services. The Accounts Receivable Assistant works with other departments to ensure that the correct and accurate amounts are billed and collected in a timely manner, supporting the Company's standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, business administration, economics or similar

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Accounting background preferable or knowledge of AR accounting processes
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel: Building spreadsheet reports, graphs, formula use, etc.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
  • Does not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organization

  • Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
