Job Highlights

• Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 38,500
• Paid Hours per Week: 40
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm Canada time | 8pm - 4:30am Manila time
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently. The professional fees are calculated on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently across multiple business entities
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping
• Perform basic account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
• Meticulously track and organize financial records for easy retrieval and reporting
• Assist with invoicing processes as needed, supporting smooth financial operations
• Collaborate with the broader finance team to ensure seamless financial management

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles
