Role

In this role, your mission is to ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing financial transactions that support business continuity. You will make a direct impact by:

• Ensuring invoices are uploaded, verified, and processed accurately and on time
• Liaising with creditors and resolving invoice-related queries within 24 hours
• Managing financial platforms and maintaining up-to-date creditor records
  
  
  

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance administration
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Urbanise, Invoice HQ, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  
  
  

Non-Negotiables

• Day shift availability (7 AM–4 PM PH Time)
• Onsite reporting to IT Park, Cebu City
• Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  
  
  

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with GST/ABN invoice verification
• Experience managing vendor relationships
