Your Role

As a [Position/Role], you will:

• Receive, review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company authorisation guidelines and payment terms.
• Onboard and manage supplier relationships, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Handle credit card transactions and ensure monthly expense submissions and reimbursements are correctly accounted for.
• Prepare and process electronic payments and bank transfers.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Updating of daily cashflow positions into the cashflow projection model.
• Maintain and generate regular reports on financial operations and AP status.
• Support accounts receivable activities including invoicing and collections.
• Monitor and provide daily exchange rate updates for finance operations.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies proactively to avoid overdue payment issues.
• Assist in audit preparation by organising supporting documentation and reports.
• Foster collaboration across teams and maintain a strong customer-service mindset with internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and general finance operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes and systems.
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel and Word.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience using Sage Intacct ERP is highly desirable.
